With greater spans than traditional floor framing and a variety of depths available the strength of engineered floors allow for better room placement without having to use support posts or bearing walls in inconvenient places. Floor Trusses
- Computer automated saws with automated part cutting and labelling for accurate pre-cutting of materials
- Laser guided framing projection for quality and accuracy
- Custom built to exact length up to 36’ spans
- Custom depths from 9-1/2” to 24”
- We use only top quality 1650 and 2100 MSR rated 2×4 lumber for increased quality and design capacity
- Receive as individual components or panelized

Structural Insulated Panels
SIP’S:
- Made of exterior layers of 7/16” OSB skins with EPS foam core
- Panel thickness – 8-1/4”, 9-1/4”, and 11-1/4”
- Made to work with dimensional lumber (fits between exterior skins)
- Panel sizes 4’x8’ up to 8’x24’ (jumbo panels)
- CNC cut package provides “pre-cut ready to assemble panels”
- Panels designed and pre-cut to fit in place around stair openings and timber frame posts
- All accessories required for assembly are provided

– Screws - Panels treated with borate to protect against fungus and insects
